As we know that English is the language of future. Non native speaker are those who take English as their second language. There can many non native speakers at workplace who face many problems while delivering speech and sharing their thoughts with the co workers who are native speakers of the language. Sometime it can be very frustrating for them while communicating with limited English and different accent. The fear of speaking in foreign language increases if the co workers refuse to have patience for someone who is not perfect for speaking. Whenever we meet such workers who face the difficulties with the language instead of getting harsh on them and making them feel uncomfortable we should rather help them out. There are many ways by which we can help them to break the fear of speaking publically.
·          Native speakers not always keep judging them rather they should encourage the non native speakers at every step and try to give them exercise for making their communication better and in better accent.
·         First  listen them very patiently and try to understand their point of view and at the same time we must acknowledge them if we are not getting their point.
·         We should more and more communicate with them this would make the relation better and easy for non native speakers to learn the new language.
·         If you kindly offer to explain an unfamiliar word, you are not only helping your colleague to boost his English skills, but you are building trust and rapport as well.
