Non native speaker cannot run away from communication rather they have to work hard to improve it. Your knowledge will be nothing if you are not good at communication. They should take stress for giving competition to foreign student. But at first they should build up the confidence to speak in English. When you become good enough to speak the language then you should go after learning the accent. So don’t give up easily. There are many reasons that scare them like moving to other countries and totally different atmosphere. This fear takes them away in getting involve in their job at workplace.
